Nope. Since those seats were outright stolen due to voter fraud (”harvesting”) in 2018. Otherwise, there hasn’t been a seat won by a Republican over an actual Dem incumbent allowed in a federal race in California since 1994 (evidence of massive fraud given the sheer number of seats involved).
IMHO, it was Trump who made that happen. In SPITE of McCarthy.
