There have been some decent ones (like Gov. George Deukmejian). The problem is that the state has been in an uninterrupted Demonrat death grip since at least 1996 and voter fraud has been rampant in every election. The GOP Establishment has been scarcely ideologically different than the Stalinazi Satanists running the Dems.
George Deukmejian would have made a good POTUS.
