Super glad your mower knob was a fairly ‘easy’ fix (minus the razzing LOL)!
Of all the manures, I think pig is the worst. Someone on the road to our county dump had pigs & I always had to roll up the truck windows & hold my breath when I drove by (no joke). Chicken houses, when cleaned out, are pretty nasty too. Cow is next (wind/heat/rain - yuck) & since I had horses, their manure ‘offends’ my nose the least. I wish I had some ‘aged’ cow manure right now - my SIL bought a couple of bags of the Black Kow stuff for her garden the other day (her dog was VERY interested) ... I think I’m good without it this year.
Back to the mowers - the throttle & choke on my little garden tractor mower are sticking. If the choke is stuck, it won’t start. I leave the throttle all the way up - that way I stay in “rabbit” not “turtle” (pics on throttle .... for those who can’t read, I guess). My bro is going to look at it - I think the throttle (which was the only thing sticking earlier, choke came later) is fairly easy to fix .... says the person for whom “nothing” every turns out to be ‘easy’!! :-)
We had 25 years of goat manure - nice dry pellets almost no smell.
