On the contrary, we DO know what's in it. All the vaccines contain the code for the spike of the coronavirus. The design is to get your cells to then produce the spike and for your immune system to respond to that spike made by your own cells. How will your system respond? Will you become autoimmune? Will you become immunodeficient? In terms of public health, will one response precede another? That's the contention.
