I think we will see more of this with punitive amounts higher. Maryland will find they were too soon in doing this. Like the cigarette companies. States won big but not the first lawsuits. I don’t think they should be sued but this is new america now.
Anne Arundel County is one of the wealthiest counties in the country.
So maybe these folks can give up their mansions and cars and built in pools and go live in a tree and hunt their own game.
As a kid growing up in the 60’s, all I heard was “The ice age is coming!!” “We are gonna die.”
Then it was “Acid rain is gonna destroy the planet.”
In the mid 80’s, we went back to the ice age argument. The U.N. announced the planet was gonna freeze over by the year 2000 unless we changed our ways.
Next we had Al Bore global warming and the planet would end around 2016.
Then the brilliant OAC had some stupid comments about the end of the world.
Since global climate change hasn’t been working they are now trying to control with this scamdemic.
We gotta fight.
They are using fear to control. It’s been a tool for thousands of years.
Way to waste the County taxpayer’s money.
As only Democrats can.
Now we enter the Era of drive-by envirowhacko shakedown lawsuits.
