Vitamin D blood levels at high concentrations can lead to heart palpitations, too much calcium in the blood, and liver or kidney damage.

++++++++++++++++++

Vit K prevents that from happening if you take a high dose of Vit D.

Okay.. disclaimer time, check with your doctor if you take a blood thinner.

Another disclaimer.. I think many doctors are stupid.

I take between 10,000 (yes you read that correctly) and 15,000 every day and have taken that much every day for over 3 years. But I also take a pretty high dose of Vit K.

I just upped it to 15,000 because as I was moving out of the last house, I tripped over this stupid thing, put my arm out and jammed my shoulder. Vit D helps you heal.

I have gotten ALL of my Vit D information from a great little E book by Jeff T Bowles, who has gotten all his Vit D information from different medical journals.

As long as you are getting tested to actually know your blood serum levels, excellent.

BTW, I was also taking a high dose of vitamin K. My levels still reached to high a level, started having heart palpitations - about 4 years after I began.

And I was taking 5-8000 a day.

It can take 3-5 years to saturate your body fat and then begin increasing in the blood serum.

I’m just saying, to be wise, measure your levels at least twice a year...
