My sister told me last night Trump was starting his rallies up again and how that would really own the left. I just said, "What is the purpose of political rallies if you aren't going to be allowed to win elections? Or even worse, you could be tracked going to the rally if there is an opportunity to paint it as the I word?"

In a perfect world there are no turds, there are unicorn farts, fairy dust, and theories both elegant and concise. Ours is not a perfect world so yes, there are turds of all descriptions and indicative of many, many states of ill health in politics today.
I think I’m more of a rhetorical tosher though, who sifts through all the crap to see what is actually there that we might be able to use. Probably that is due to being a working class schmuck used to getting the mushroom treatment.
