Looks to be a Canadian War cemetery somewhere (likely) in France.

I was going to ask the same thing. My great-uncle served in the Canadian Expeditionary Forces in WWI, was killed, and is buried in a British Military in France, and his headstone is like that with the maple leaf on it.
