Pleasanton Police: Man Who Fired Rifle Rounds Into Homes Arrested

PLEASANTON, CA — A man who was arrested on Friday in connection with numerous shots fired near homes on Arroyo Court was identified Tuesday by Pleasanton police.
Justin Michael McDaniels, 39, was booked into Santa Rita Jail and is being held without bail on charges of discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling and discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner which could result in injury or death, police said.

My guess is that this loon did not use hearing protection After firing 100 rifle rounds INSIDE a house, he is going to have to be questioned in writing, unless police enjoy him saying “what? did you say something?”
So who provided a rifle and ammo to someone who looks like the question about involuntary commitment to a mental institution would be a major sticking point? \Or is he just an average guy in Pleasanton?
