I once saw Blue Oyster Cult, Styx and Starcastle. I was probably the only one there specifically to see Starcastle (they were an American Yes clone - first album was great but they petered out quickly), but I came away with a healthy respect for Blue Oyster Cult.
Also saw Zappa / Mothers twice - was always a great show.
Lou Reed during his Rock’n’Roll Animal phase was also good.
Never got to see my faves though - Emerson Lake & Palmer and the Grateful Dead.
Despite the majesty and spectacle, yes sucked when I saw them.

I thought I’d see all the footage I could find of Genesis with Gabriel but had never seen that piece....what a great piece of restoration!
