Why is it, so often, the liberals call new government spending an “investment”, rather than yet another expense?
And what’s with families saving #13,000 a year? Is this slight of hand, in which they may not be paying as much out of pocket for childcare, but their taxes have increased to pay for this governmental “benefit”?
