I far prefer Franks Red Hot.

Not particularly spicy, but a superior balance of hot and vinegar. The really hot condiments tend to overpower other more subtle flavors.

I like Frank’s, too. You’re right — not too hot. And I buy smaller bottles in Dollar Tree - keeps it fresh.

Frank’s is the ONLY sauce to use for ‘official’ chicken wings. I know, I live near the bar where they were invented and talked with the owner.

In a large Tupperware container add:
Tablespoon of Franks
tab of butter
large dash of red wine
teaspoon of sugar.

toss in 10 deep-fried to CRISPY wings, and shake

Far, far cheaper by the gallon at Amazon...$11.98, free shipping. I just refill a small Frank's bottle from the gallon jug. Actually, I think I bought my last gallon jug at Sam's Club because Amazon fouled up my order...same price at Sam's. Great stuff.
