There was an article this morning which said that India had stopped using Ivermectin due to pressure from the now non-Trump Administration. But given the increasing numbers and the fact that there’s no way to get 1.5 billion vaccine shots for a really long time, they went back to Ivermectin starting April 22 (4 days ago). And the results seems to be promising, as the case load finally started dropping today, after steadily rising, almost daily, since early March.

Slovakia is about a month or so into a return to Ivermectin sanity and is enjoying a dramatic dropoff in all the dread outcomes.
