Anyone still holding stock in movie theaters or studios should dump it now.

I’m planning on retiring soon, and prior to the explosion of woke idiocy, one of the simple things I had most looked forward to was being able to take in a matinee whenever I feel like it. I’ve always loved just escaping from the world for two hours in a movie theater.

Well, the Wuhan virus scare combined with woke movie making has destroyed that notion. I predict the leftists will destroy the entire movie industry from top to bottom in their insane kamikaze mission to force “wokeness” down everyone’s throats at any cost. They’re already well down that road.

Yeah the luxury of a movie is pretty much gone for me as well.

There is a vacuum to fill for normal movie making. Not even conservative just normal, interesting stories, basically decent.

When we lived in NY our local car club would sometimes get together on a nice Saturday night at the Warwick Drive In, or the Fair Oaks in Middletown, two of the very few drive ins left in the northeast. There's a few left in FL, in Lakeland, Dade City and Ocala, but with the garbage that's out today, the thrill is gone.
Last time we went to the movies was at the local GTX Theater when they'd have "flashback nights". We saw Spaceballs and the place was packed. On other days the audiences are so small it's a wonder they stay in business.
