No, they aren't. Not even a little. There are two other viable possibilities:

1) The data is garbage, both regarding the real death rate of Chinese COVID during the last year and the real death rate now

2) If the data were accepted as valid, the accomplished spread of the virus throughout the population over the last year would have lowered the death rate dramatically on its own.
