I just watched this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3vU5ipD8i8 “HOW TO COOK ZUCCHINI NOODLES | everything you need to know about zoodles.” They have WAY less carbs and calories than spaghetti. I wonder how they do as spaghetti with the sauce. Keith’s not big on squash, though I like it a lot.

I didn't think I would like them but I do, maybe a lot. In my opinion they're a perfect pasta replacement. The best method so far is to salt/pepper them, let them sit for 20 minutes, then put on a foiled sheet under the broiler for 10 minutes. Then treat like pasta. This way they're seasoned and not watery. I also sauteed them in oil and garlic and that was good too but wetter. Am happy to be enjoying pasta sauces again.
