Telling me that my employer can mandate the vax is no different than holding me down. People who cannot work and eat unless they accept the injected biowarfare, are forced.
An employer and employee relationship is a private contract governed between individuals. If the employer risks telling an employee they need vaccination he risks losing that employee while at the same time an employee is free to look for another job. This is dangerously close to interference with a private contract.
I know we have had this discussion before, but I live in one of the freest at will states in the country and I am glad that I do. My behavior a an employer must be tempered with the potential loss of an employee if I go to far.
The free market works and I am not required to give anyone a living. Nor is anyone required to work for me. Its a conundrum.
