No because the liver is the filter that removes a lot of very bad toxins from the prey (cattle pork fish fowl) animals and stores it and concentrates it. You can eat a cows liver, or a chicken liver, and they’re very healthy, but nobody ever eats hog’s liver. Or goats liver. Because they’ll eat anything.
