I find it very very scary that despite careful planning and consideration by our founding fathers, who set up the three branches of govt, that outright treason can only apparently be addressed by the military....

and what if the military is corrupt?....some of these generals are totalitarian leftists...

the legislative branch and the judicial branch has AMPLE pathways to prevent this election farce and they FAILED to do their duty....

Of course the judicial and legislative branches have, through their own unique powers, ways to address and hopefully prevent treason. And you’re correct in pointing out that they have utterly failed to do so. But what we’re dealing with now is uncharted territory. We’re dealing with a usurpation of our government that has already occurred, in particular the presidency, the head of our executive branch. The judicial and legislative branches of our federal government cannot be counted on because they have already been essentially conquered.

In this situation, the military is in the best position, both practically and legally, to deal with it - particularly because the usurpation has occurred at the hands of foreign powers (in cooperation with domestic traitors). Dealing with hostile foreign actors is primarily the responsibility of the executive branch, of which the military is a part.
