there something called "best practice" and basically its the script approved by medical doctors that seem to fit for certain diseases...ie..COPD with bronchitis...abx/steroids/breathing treatments....

doctors can order whatever they want of course, but if any bad outcomes happen, they are on the hook because they didn't follow established well known protocols...

I'm sure the same is true of covid....the drs can only really order what the protocols suggest, and many hospital pharmacies are under the gun as well.....they may not be allowed to order invermectin/hydrochloroquine....hospital pharmacies do not carry every single medicine believe it or not....

And so many hospitals would not allow even a single family member to see a covid patient - probably so they wouldn’t be able to slip him or her some HCQ or Ivermectin on the sly...
