I’m hearing Judge ruled only against imposing any pause, prior to his Thursday Ruling scheduled for 10 AM, tomorrow.
Today’s ruling follows protocol for honoring the condition set by a previous judge. Thus, no pause.
This judge will rule on the merits of the case, reportedly, tomorrow.
It’s confusing. Judge denied the Pause, but is said to have ragged on the Audit in other arguments of the plaintiffs.
Something about Perkins Coui foot dragging this Audit out to the 14th May, for some reason.

There is a limited amount of time that the auditors have on the lease on the Arena.
True, but the bad part is they auditors are going to have to give up their methodology. This will signal other states on how to cheat the cheat.
This week the Arizona Supreme Court will rule on a motion brought by the Arizona Senate that the courts do not have the authority to infringe upon the Senate’s ability to manage the audit as they see fit and that any civil action by the Democrats to stop the audit through continued court action crosses the line of separation of powers afforded by the United States Constitution.
If upheld anything Mr. Perkin Coie does is moot. Thursday IIRC is the day so the judge may be hedging his bets and waiting to see how the AZ SC rules before he moves forward.
Oh, I see. I thought this was “the” ruling. So he still has a chance to be an enemy, which is likely he will take.
