“I plan to never fly again!”
In the interests of being hopeful I’d like to reframe your sentiment (for myself) as “I plan to never fly again until we’ve won the war.”
I seriously hate flying anyway. Last time I flew was from HI to CA in 2000. Plane almost landed, then another plane was in the way, emergency going back up, flew around in big circle over the ocean for 45 minutes, then landed.
Plus other very close calls. I’ll go on train, drive, horse cart, little red wagon or pogo stick. No airplanes, ever again.
