Abbott is doing a two-step, with a lot of side-step (think Charles Durning), on this border surge.
At least Noem.....who has fallen off her pedestal, for now....has said she will not accept them.
Is that even possible, if the Feds send them there? No idea.
We’re just open floodgates, down here in Texas, though.
