Bystanders do a lot of yelling but no one steps it to restrain aggressors.
What a sad world...are we so inured to mayhem now?
Cops don’t do their jobs any more due to fear of lawsuits and the rest.
And without law enforcement, animalistic people go more and more wild.
PLUS without any training or teaching in how to be a normal human being with self restraint, respect for others, morality, etc - more and more humans are animalistic. Untrammeled hedonism leads to animalistic behavior.
This is somewhat simplistic but I believe when women entered the work force in masses and stopped being at home to civilize their little barbarians, that is when we began losing the fight to keep civilization intact. Now even for women who are blessed to be able to stay home, do their best to raise their kids properly, as soon as they hit high school or college a lot of it is lost. (Just from the general mess that is the millennial experience) This is happening even to conservative, homeschooled/private schooled kids. So you can imagine how horrible the lack of manners, decency, self control is in some “other populations” where it has been 3 or 4 generations of total animal behavior, with the mothers teaching absolutely nothing about respect and decency.
