Remember when the only models available at auto showrooms were Fords or Chevys or Dodges?
No, me neither.
Time has a way of eroding almost everything eventually.
Someday too, these juggernauts will be just so much bones in the crypt of societies, you won’t even smell them.
For now, they sure do stink tho.
Here’s hoping the prevailing winds kick in and soon.

This kind of thing is inevitable. Sears used to be the big name in retail, then K-Mart came along and ate Sears' lunch. Now the main impact either one has is mom or dad saying, "Look, kids, that's where the Sears used to be!" And the kids saying, "What's a Sears?"
Same thing with land-line telephones.
Same thing with print newspapers. When is the last time you passed a newsstand on a busy city street corner?
