I think we can discuss the objectivity of things without diverting ourselves into talk about anyone’s self concept.
The statement that “there are no absolutes” is usually a pretense for denying the existence of God.
But the statement itself is given as an absolute. This is what I meant about incoherence. I don’t mean it in a personal way. Simply an objective observation.

I reviewed my posts...I never stated "there are no absolutes". I described my concept of my knowledge. And specifically my opinion that God doesn't necessarily get involved in all political or other human activities--as in TV appearances.
I think you are interested in a discussion of religious philosophy. I don't get involved in those. Bottom line for me...is people as you say using their brains. And that leads to all sorts of beliefs and opinions about absolutes etc.
