There is no plausible biological mechanism that would explain how a coronavirus vaccine injected into the arm would affect fertility.
However, I do wonder about Covid-19 effect on fertility. The receptors that the virus binds to are present in reproductive system tissues.

I’m pretty sure that the mRNA shots trick the body into making the spiking-looking things that look like the virus and they will attach to things that the virus will attach to.
And then somehow the body fights off the non-Covid “spiky things” which builds up the body’s resistance to the Covid spiky things. (Sorry for my stupid terminology!).
So - perhaps just the presence of the spiky things (which causes a response in the body) can include a harmful response?? Although this study seems hopeful.
