“When someone says “I can’t breathe”, the proper response is not to kneel on them while they are prone.”

1 - He was obviously saying he couldn’t breathe when he could.

2 - As the prosecution expert admitted, it IS proper to apply restraint after a person loses consciousness.

3 - You can kneel with one knee on a person and apply no pressure.

4 - They are TAUGHT to keep restraint going in situations like that.

If someone is having trouble breathing, you don’t put them prone on their stomach.
I believe most people die from fentanyl overdose because they stop breathing.
