Wow! That’s a brilliant assassin right there. She has a perfect alibi for wearing a mask but chooses not to while she commits, what certainly appears to be, premeditated murder in broad daylight ion front of multiple witnesses. Brilliant.
My bet is she’s well known to LE.
If so, she either doesn’t care, or thinks she won’t do that long in prison. With good reason unfortunately.
