I think their point was that better ventilation improved the work environment, but they muddied that up with the bias toward green energy. I still think that if the greenies could figure out a way to make batteries out of coal instead of rare earth minerals everybody would be much happier.
Absolutely so. We began measuring CO2 in return air systems to control outside air intake in the '90s. If you maintain the CO2 number coming back from the occupied spaces the occupants definitely remain more alert and active. There is no getting around that it takes more energy to treat the increased outside air that it takes to maintain that.
