I appreciate the link!
From that link:
“All but one patient received antiviral treatment with a resolution of HZ-related symptoms up to 6 weeks. Five patients completed the second vaccine dose without other adverse effects.”
So out of a tiny group of under 500, 5 people developed a minor infection and 1 developed a slightly worse infection. No link to the vaccine is established at this time. No linger effects for any of them. No indication that out of the other ~600 million people who’ve gotten a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine that shingles or other similar AIIRD has been an issue. This seems like a very minor issue if it’s even a vaccine related issue at all.
