I am by no means a peacenik but sending a dog trained to maul people into the home of a nonviolent offender is not acceptable. If the guy had committed armed bank robbery then, yes it would be appropriate, but for nonviolent fraud suspects, no.
If our governments are willing to use dogs to maul nonviolent criminal offenders they will have no hesitation to start using them on people they call racist, violent, and uneducated. This out of control, violent enforcement needs to be punished severely.
