90, wow! I forget that many places, including those that I lived in for half a century, have had summer for several months now. Or at least one month. We still don’t know what we are having, one day it is in the sixties and the next day in the high 70s.
I’m sitting out by the pool listening to the neighbors music. I’m very grateful that 1. it is not Mexican music and 2. there is no base going and 3. it’s so quiet I can’t even tell what’s playing. Looks like they only played one song. And now they are done. But the birds aren’t. Very pretty chirping.
Its been unusually on the cool side here, rain cooling it down. But I’m not complaining. Chance of storm tonight.
Yesterday was the Preakness Race in Baltimore, the second leg of the Triple Crown. They did not have the traditional person or choir singing the national anthem. Instead they had one person, using some kind of an electric guitar, playing something like the national anthem but with many variations. Not my favorite.
