The Chinese vaccine is very popular in the third world due to Chinese influence and the fact that the Chinese are selling it very cheaply.

China vaccine is 3% effective... of course it's cheap - it doesn't work. Kind of like a Chinese electric can opener I bought off Amazon a while back - two months.
