So, if T-Cell response is significantly higher in previously infected after one vaccine dose, how high is it in those with no vaccine? And how long does T-Cell memory last in the unvaccinated?
Has ANYONE asked how much these companies are being paid for the doses? Then finding a per-dose cost? Then comparing that to what other nations are paying? Is none of this important to know?
The Adenovirus based vaccines, it has been said, might provide a _broader_ immunity than the MRNA vaccines. This study seems to show some evidence of that, with the 31 vs 12% Tcell activation in the Adeno ones vs mrna. I lean towards the J&J vaccine in this case.
If I recall correctly, most of these new vaccines created antibodies ect very well. As early as the 60’s they thought they had hit the jackpot. Then came challenging the vaccinated with the wild virus. This is the point in time that everything went wrong. Seems that tricking the immune system into creating antibodies is easy, but dealing with the wild virus is another story.
I have yet to see anything explaining how they overcame these problems, problems that existed as late as a 2012 trial that did not make it past the animal stage.
One would have thought, that the first thing they would need to prove, and show the world, was the science behind how they overcame these deficiencies.
