I think you need to be near a good fish market to get them—but not *too* good a fish market or the prices are crazy anyway.

My part of Hawaii doesn’t have those places, but we can catch Ono(that is Wahoo’s for you city folk).

I think a lot of what is passed off as sea scallops is actually skate cut into circular bits.

Long ago and far away, a college instructor told of a seafood shop being busted for doing just that. What made the people suspicious is that the "scallops" were shaped like a heart or a gingerbread man.

Sorry, Hardees grilled fish sandwich and Tacos were an all time winner, followed closely by LJSs ultimate fish sanwich with the baked fish patties which was a custom option.

My advice go to a real restaurant and order a fish sandwich

And you’ll get a real piece of fish on a real roll with the works and fries and it’ll be 1000 times better than bull crap
