Yeah, about the same here. I opted to go with the cheaper landscape timbers instead. I hate my backyard fence anyway.

Here in FL the typical new construction is stucco over concrete block, and the most significant wood is in the pre-assembled truss work for the roof. Otherwise it is drywall on metal studs. Some millwork, yes. But not so much in the way of 2x4's. Should feel less pressure from this inflation component than in parts of the country with stick built, wood sided homes.
