Maybe for a while in early-mid 2020 but I think that's behind us now just based on what I have seen with my own eyes. Unless you're just talking about the general lack of secondary healthcare in the US which was problematic before Covid.

2020 and even 2021 are a solid year of bad diets and lower mobility and add in alcohol at home.

I don’t think that accounts for 479,050 excess deaths in 2020 though and I do think the healthcare system is, at the very least, back to its pre-Covid baseline level of shiftiness or at least almost. I see the surgeons have gotten caught up on their backlogged cases at my facility for example and my pcp has me getting labs drawn and going in for a colonoscopy in June (what fun).
