Maybe the case was tossed out before the justices got the opportunity to vote on it?
Sounds like that’s what happened. I think 4 justices have to want to take the case. What about Kavanaugh and Barrett? Appearntly they weren’t on board with Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas. ??
