Instead of moving 2 million ballots to a different venue, why doesnt the AZ senate just simply issue a subpoena demanding the auditors access to Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center [MCTEC]?
Irregular ballots in Arizona are scheduled to be destroyed as soon as May 2nd, 2021.
AZ senators should petition the AZ courts for an injunction against the destruction of irregular ballots. All Arizona counties should be included in the injunction.
Only the courts have the authority to preserve irregular ballots in AZ under statute ARS 16.624 (B).
That would be too simple. Common sense says if it takes 6 months to formulate a plan to review these ballots then there is no intent to review these ballots. This is all a show. Not sure where its going but obviously no one is in any hurry. Just thinking out loud.
