Hugely interesting! Since I remembered the acronyms having been assigned differently, to a National Intelligence operation, but given the current splintering of the USA, I can almost see how an interstate comm “system” could be adapted to Red states and others.
It seems possible that a break out of Red states battling attacks could use something like that.
