Hi aimhigh, at least as far as the J and J/Astrazeneca formatted vaccines are concerned (viral vector) the problem is blood clots plus low platelets(?) or something and traditional drugs like heparin actually make the condition worse.
I am not sure if this applies to the mRNA (Pfizer/Moderna) vaccine-induced thrombosis reactions. 🤷🏻♀️

In NYS primary care providers aren’t offering vaccination.
They’re being given by people who don’t know your health history and, as far as I can tell, don’t pre-screen.
That is standard procedure for patients presenting with chest pains in ERs. Hospitals that fail to adhere to that protocol have higher fatality rates.
