I’m all for the vulnerable being vaccinated, but when it comes to “herd immunity” concerns those who have acquired “wild” immunity from the disease are a large group that affect the issue greatly.

Exactly. They spent so much time harping on asymptomatic carriers and talk about how wide spread it is, then act like the only people who have it were the ones that got sick.
You can’t have it both ways. W know of 31 million official cases. I bet we have had at least 30-60 million people who got it but has no idea.
