i only disagree with melatonin dosage, it’s too high.
Start with 300mcg which is 1/10th or less of the dose suggested there
Thank you for your reply which I have given some thought and is appreciated, as the only way to learn is by getting feedback.. The most commonly available dosage for melatonine is about 3 mg and even twice this much is not harmful. A good way is to find out by trial and error and start on the low side as each human may react differently. If you happen to take more melatonine than what your body requires, what usually happens is that you achieve the opposite results, or you may feel somewhat groggy the next day. Again as a person gets older you may require more than a younger person and even 6 mg may not even phase you, as the bodies hormone production declines with age.

Start with whatever dose you are comfortable with but I take 20 mg on occasion (two Swanson tablets) with no grogginess or other side effects.
