I do that, but call it a Mexica Pizza.

Instead of sauce, I put refried beans. For toppings, it's taco meat. Add a Mexican cheese blend and some Ortega taco sauce on top and put it in the oven. After it comes out of the oven, put a dollop of guacamole on it.
