Your linked article in this post says of the 12 long term care “breakthrough” cases, 4 were residents. These were the “most vulnerable” the vaccines were directed at early and it seems to have done well. All 4 were either asymptomatIc or mild cases and that’s sure as hell far better than hospitalized or dead... which may well have been their fate had they not been fully vaccinated,
Plenty of unvaccinated people who got sick only had mild symptoms. Some didn’t even know they had it. If they got the shot they could be dead right now. Or not. Its not a crap shoot I’m willing to take.
