An unimpressed sheep was caught on camera headbutting the herding drone trying to round it up on a Welsh farm.
Farmer David Ian Jones was using the 'drone dog' to shepherd his flock in a field in Wrexham on April 7.
Footage filmed by the drone shows most of the sheep apparently unfazed by the device until one ewe, dubbed 'mad Sally' for her antics, decides to defend two lambs.

That sheep must not like machinery. Too many weird noises, whirring, pumps, solinoids... probably sounds like the dreaded milking machine or the electromechanical sheep shearer... which means that bloody sheep dip....
Nothing “Mad” there...the lambs looked afraid...heck, hearing that whirring thing coming at me would have made me nervous too!
My guess is that a nippy, aggressive border collie would be liked even less but would not be challenged.
There is a reason that herding dogs have a job; it’s because sheep respect them. Unlike sheeple, real sheep are not stupid enough to be fooled. “That is a herding dog! Obey!” “Baaaah, Naaaah” sez the sheep.
“Wear your mask forever! Obey!” “(Muffled) yes, master” sez the now immunized sheeple.
Americans should be doing this to Democrats.
ASEAN nations should be doing it to the Chicoms. What if the Joos in Germany were black?
Sheepdogs are like cops. Nobody likes them but they protect us from the wolves out there. It’s up to the shepherd to keep things going and it ain’t happening.
I think that Mad Sally would not challenge a sheep dog, which she knows has teeth, but saw a drone as less formidable. As for masks, my reflexively provocative sister refuses to wear one and has avoided any COVID-19 illness, while my mask-wearing youngest brother got COVID and has recovered. I decline to draw any lessons from those examples.
Heheheh you are probably right!
On one hand, it is a whirring, odd, wobbling thing coming at them...
On the other hand with a sheepdog, it is...”WOLVES!”
That is an EXCELLENT analogy.
