SFPD arrest man who spit on, punched Asian couple in Financial District

Police in San Francisco said Monday they've arrested a man who allegedly attacked an Asian couple without provocation earlier this month in the city's Financial District.

After investigating, officers were able to identify the suspect as 41-year-old Dewayne Kemp, police said.

Interesting that the media makes much of the race of the victims but no mention of the race of the perpetrator.

He’s 41. It also appears he was charged with beating up a tranny in 2016, and then became associated with a “street watch” group in SF that was supposed to stop such assaults. His mugshot was online earlier but has been scrubbed.
