As others have posted, the CDC say's it's available.
But even if they didn't do you honestly believe that with millions of infected people to culture samples from the only organization in the world capable of isolating the virus is the CDC?

I literally just now accessed the nucleotide and amino acid sequences of SARS-CoV-2, and I am retired from research. Now, if I wanted to get my hands on actual virus, I'm sure I'd have a bit of a problem, since I don't actively work in a virus lab--but I'm sure that researchers studying the virus have no difficulty obtaining samples. After all, samples of SARS-CoV-2 are being collected all the time, and researchers are analyzing them.
