I strongly disagree and have to ask if you have read it on a regular basis to form that opinion.
Yes, some of the non-news is fluff$$$ but can be fun.
Not only have I read it on a regular basis, but Dow Jones & Company was a client of mine when I had a consulting business in the 90's. I know the type of people who work for them. They are a union shop, in all areas; some of the laziest people I ever worked with. They are colloquial, living in their NY/NJ cocoons without a clue what real Americans are like. They pimp stories from globalist corporations to convince investors to buy and sell, only to profit big banks and brokerage houses. I've seen it action and in person.
With all that said, my experiences working at Dow Jones, Reuters, J.P. Morgan and elsewhere have given me great insight in how Wall Street really works. I use that knowledge daily to profit, beating them at their own game although on very small scale.
